Services

Vereniging Parkmanagement Bedrijvenpark NVZ (Association Park Management Business Park NVZ) offers its members a wide range of services, with the option of a basic or discretionary package. It is up to the companies individually to decide the extent of services required.

Basic package
The basic package covers such services as site security, signposting, maintenance of the buildings and grounds. The services in the basic package are part of the park management services for which the members pay a fee.

The collective site security is carried out by ATN Beveiligingen BV by means of video surveillance and mobile security patrols. Throughout the business park, CCTV cameras have been installed which are operated remotely from a surveillance room. The mobile security patrol cars of ATN are in contact with this room so that they can be on the spot quickly when an incident is reported.

Discretionary package
A discretionary package is also available. This covers a range of services in which the companies situated in the business park have expressed an interest. If companies require certain services and products which fall outside of the current range of services provided, they can inform the park management organisation of this and the service or product in question can then possibly be added to the existing range of services and products.

One of the services provided is refuse collection. A general agreement has been made with Meerlanden with regard to refuse collection and transport. This agreement can be accessed online and downloaded via Digitaal loket  - Contracts.
