Park management is a known phenomenon in the UK among other places. In the Netherlands, park management  was introduced in the nineties and truly put into practice for the first time in Haarlemmermeer, more specifically, in Park Schiphol-Rijk, in 1998.

Park management relates to the management and maintenance of public and private properties and the provision of a range of communal services to the property owners and users. These services may include collective security, refuse collection, car parking, mobility, accessibility, central purchasing etc.

More and more companies realise that park management can result in a more functional, efficient and flexible management of their properties, allowing them to concentrate on what they do best: their core business.
